We are pleased to let you know that from Wednesday 15th July, you will be able to access our Klinik online system directly inside the official NHS App.

This updates makes it even easier to contact us. Here are the key features you will be able to use:

📱 Easy access in one place

You can now submit medical and administrative requests straight through the NHS App. It works exactly the same way as the form on our website.

  • Please note: You can only submit requests during our normal online opening hours, just like the website version.

🔍 Simpler symptom selection

When telling us how you feel, you can now choose from an easy, alphabetical list of symptoms.

  • Instead of answering the same repetitive questions for every symptom, you can now explain everything in your own words using a single text box.

📸 Direct photo uploads

If you need to show us a skin condition—such as a rash, mole, lump, or insect bite—you can now take a picture and attach it directly to your form using your phone. This helps our medical team assess your needs much faster.

What do I need to do?

If you already have the NHS App, you don't need to do anything. The Klinik option will automatically appear inside your app starting this Wednesday.

If you don't have the app yet, you can download it for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
