DHG have considered recent guidance received from NHS England on how best to protect you and our staff.  

Please call us first to arrange a telephone consultation, with a healthcare professional, to assess your healthcare needs.  If our healthcare professional considers it necessary for you to be seen, they will arrange a date and time for you to visit the surgery.

We kindly request that you wear a face mask if have an appointment to attend the surgery

Please do not attend the surgery if you are waiting for a COVID test result, even if you have an existing appointment. We can assist on the phone or via our CONTACT webpage to cancel and rearrange this.

We appreciate it may take time to get through on the phone. Thank you for your understanding.

A free NHS confidential 24/7 helpline for people who live in Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire.

The helpline line is staffed by experienced counsellors, who you can talk to and they will listen. They will offer emotional support and can connect you to organisations available in the local area. If English isn’t your first language we can arrange for a translator to

support your call.
