PRACTICE COVID UPDATE 

For your information there will be no change in the processes that you will be requested to follow when visiting the surgery as COVID restrictions are lifted on 19th July 2021.

  • Our Clinicians will continue to operate a telephone-first assessment process and will invite you to the surgery if assessed to be clinically necessary.

  • We will request that you wear a mask when entering the surgery, unless exempt. 

  • We will ask you to confirm that you have no COVID symptoms or are not awaiting the result of a PCR test before being given entry to the practice.

  • There will be no change to our seating arrangements within the reception areas.  You will be asked to remain socially distanced from each other.  

  • We will ask you to attend appointments alone, unless there is a need for you to be accompanied.

  • We are working hard to ensure that we continue to provide a full service whilst staff are required to self-isolate or are unwell.
