Disability Access

Each location has parking for 24 vehicles with 2 disabled spaces, located within proximity of the entrance. There are dropped kerbs for wheelchair use, and a step free and flat entrance into the building, public waiting areas and consulting rooms. The entrance doors have an automatic opening feature and there is a dropped reception desk area for wheelchair users.

There are lifts in each practice to first and second floor consulting rooms.

Both Willow & Christchurch Surgery have disabled and gender-neutral toilet facilities. Each toilet has a grab rail, alarm pull cord and a fire alarm warning light.
