Referrals

Private, Hospital and outpatient clinics

Once we send a referral to an external specialist, clinic or service provider, it is outside of our control how quickly they respond or schedule an appointment. We understand how important timely care is, however, we do not have control over:

  • Wait times
  • Appointment availability
  • How or when the service provider contacts you
  • How their booking and appointment service is triaged
