Covid Autumn 2023 Booster Vaccination Programme
We would like to inform our patients that the last Covid Autumn vaccination clinic will be held at Christchurch Surgery on Saturday 25th November 2023.
If you have not yet had the Covid vaccination but would like to make a booking, please book online on the NHS website.
You can also make an appointment if you have downloaded the NHS App.
We will continue to offer flu vaccinations at both practices and have plenty of appointment availability to suit your needs. If you have not already had your flu vaccination, please complete our eligibility form.
Or call the practice on 0117 970 9500 and speak with a member of our Patient Assistant Team.
Alternatively, please request a flu vaccination during your consultation if you have an upcoming appointment with a member of our clinicians.
